/log（以下「本サービス」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーは、個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本サービスでは、以下の情報を収集・保存します：

Telegram ユーザーID・ユーザー名
設定したニックネーム・言語・タイムゾーン
Telegramで送信したメッセージ（暗号化して保存）
AIが生成したジャーナルエントリ（暗号化して保存）
任意で入力したプロフィール情報（25問のアンケート）
メールアドレス（パスワード設定時）
Stripe による決済情報（カード情報は当社サーバーに保存されません）

2. 情報の利用目的

AIジャーナルの生成・パーソナライズ
チェックインメッセージの送信
サービスの提供・改善
サブスクリプション管理（Stripe経由）

3. 暗号化について

ユーザーのメッセージおよびジャーナルはすべて Fernet（AES-128）暗号化によりデータベースに保存されます。当社スタッフを含め、暗号化キーなしには内容を読むことはできません。

4. 第三者への情報提供

以下のサービス以外に、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません：

Anthropic（Claude AI — メッセージはAI処理のために送信されます）
Stripe（決済処理）
Railway（サーバーホスティング）
Neon / PostgreSQL（データベース）

Anthropic のプライバシーポリシーに従い、APIを通じて送信されたデータはモデルの学習に使用されない設定となっています。

5. データの保存期間

ジャーナル・メッセージ: アカウント存続中は保存されます
無料トライアル終了後にサブスクリプションを開始しない場合: 非公開データは14日間保持した後、削除されます
サブスクリプション解約後: 期間終了後、非公開データは14日間保持した後、削除されます
アカウント削除リクエスト: ボットで /forget を実行するか、開発者にご連絡ください

6. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは以下の権利を有します：

保存データの開示請求
データの修正・削除（/forget コマンドで記憶を削除可能）
サービスの退会・データ削除リクエスト

7. Cookie・トラッキング

本サービスはセッション管理のためにCookieを使用します。広告・トラッキング目的のCookieは使用しません。アナリティクスツールも現時点では導入していません。

8. 未成年者について

本サービスは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の情報と確認した場合、速やかに削除します。

9. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、Telegramボットを通じてユーザーにお知らせします。

/log (the "Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

Telegram user ID and username
Nickname, language, and timezone settings
Messages sent via Telegram (stored encrypted)
AI-generated journal entries (stored encrypted)
Optional profile information (25-question survey)
Email address (if you set a password)
Payment information via Stripe (card details are never stored on our servers)

Generating and personalizing your AI journal
Sending check-in messages
Providing and improving the Service
Managing subscriptions via Stripe

3. Encryption

All messages and journal entries are stored using Fernet (AES-128) encryption. Without the encryption key, no one — including our staff — can read your content.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except the following services required to operate:

Anthropic (Claude AI — messages are sent for AI processing)
Stripe (payment processing)
Railway (server hosting)
Neon / PostgreSQL (database)

Per Anthropic's privacy policy, data sent via their API is not used to train their models.

5. Data Retention

Journals and messages: retained while your account is active
If you do not subscribe after the free trial: private data is retained for 14 days, then deleted
After subscription cancellation: private data is retained for 14 days after access ends, then deleted
Account deletion: send /forget in the bot or contact us directly

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to your stored data
Correct or delete your data (use /forget to erase memories)
Request full account and data deletion

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for session management only. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Minors

This Service is not intended for users under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their data.

9. Policy Updates

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify users via the Telegram bot.
