利用規約
/log（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただく前に、以下の利用規約をよくお読みください。本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービスの概要
/log は、AIを活用したプライベートジャーナリングサービスです。Telegramボットを通じてユーザーの日常会話を記録し、AIが毎晩ジャーナルエントリを自動生成します。
2. アカウントと登録
- 本サービスの利用にはTelegramアカウントが必要です
- 13歳未満の方はご利用いただけません
- 1人につき1アカウントのみ登録できます
- アカウント情報の正確性についてユーザー自身が責任を負います
3. サブスクリプションと料金
- フリートライアル: 登録から7日間、全機能を無料でお試しいただけます
- Premium: 日本・アジアは¥500/月、ヨーロッパ・欧米圏は€5/月 — 無制限ジャーナル、AIの記憶、ウェブチャット、5体のコンパニオン、テーマ、BGM、天気ウィジェット、プロフィールページ
- 料金はStripeを通じて毎月自動請求されます
- キャンセルはいつでも可能です。キャンセル後は期間末まで利用できます
- 返金は原則として対応していませんが、個別にご相談ください
4. ユーザーの責任
ユーザーは以下の行為を行わないことに同意します：
- 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ・差別的発言
- 違法なコンテンツの送信・共有
- サービスへの不正アクセスや意図的な障害行為
- スパムや自動化ツールによる大量メッセージ送信
- 他人のアカウントの不正利用
5. AIが生成するコンテンツ
本サービスのAIはジャーナルエントリ・メッセージ応答を自動生成します。
- AIの出力は必ずしも正確・完全ではありません
- 医療・法律・財務アドバイスとして利用しないでください
- AIが生成したコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属します
6. コンテンツのシェア機能
- 公開フィードへのシェアは任意です
- シェアしたコンテンツは匿名で表示されます
- 不適切なコンテンツはユーザー報告により削除される場合があります
7. サービスの変更・終了
当方は予告なくサービスの内容を変更・一時停止・終了する場合があります。サービス終了の場合は、可能な限り事前にTelegramボットを通じてお知らせします。
8. 免責事項
- 本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます
- サービスの中断・データ損失による損害について、当方は責任を負いません
- AIの出力内容による判断・行動の結果について、当方は責任を負いません
9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京都を管轄裁判所とします。

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using /log (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About the Service
/log is a private AI-powered journaling service. It records your daily conversations through a Telegram bot, and automatically generates a journal entry each night using AI.
2. Account & Registration
- A Telegram account is required to use this Service
- Users under 13 years of age are not permitted
- Only one account per person is allowed
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information
3. Subscription & Pricing
- Free Trial: 7 days of full access from the date of registration
- Premium: ¥500/month for Japan/Asia or €5/month for Europe/Western regions — unlimited journaling, AI memory, web chat, all 5 companions, themes, BGM, weather widget, and profile page
- Billing is handled automatically each month via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are not generally offered, but please contact us for individual cases
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Harass or discriminate against other users
- Send or share illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access or intentionally disrupt the Service
- Send spam or use automated tools for bulk messaging
- Use another person's account without authorization
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate journal entries and message responses.
- AI output may not always be accurate or complete
- Do not use AI output as medical, legal, or financial advice
- Copyright in AI-generated content belongs to you, the user
6. Content Sharing
- Sharing to the public feed is entirely optional
- Shared content is displayed anonymously
- Inappropriate content may be removed following user reports
7. Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. In the event of termination, we will endeavor to notify users in advance via the Telegram bot.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss
- We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with Tokyo as the agreed jurisdiction.
