パスワードを忘れたらForgot Your Password?

現在の /log は、Telegram Bot で本人確認コードを受け取ってパスワードを変更します。メールでのリセットは今後追加予定ですが、今はTelegram連携がいちばん安全な回復方法です。

For now, /log resets passwords by sending a verification code through the Telegram bot. Email reset is planned later, but Telegram linking is currently the safest recovery path.

1Botを開くOpen the botTelegramで @ithinkyourebeautiful_bot を開きます。Open @ithinkyourebeautiful_bot in Telegram.

2コードをもらうGet a codeBotに /resetpassword と送ると、6桁のコードが届きます。Send /resetpassword. The bot replies with a 6-digit code.

3Webで変更Change it on webログイン画面の「パスワードを忘れた」から、Telegramユーザー名、コード、新しいパスワードを入力します。On the login screen, choose “Forgot password,” then enter your Telegram username, code, and new password.

Telegramは世界中で使われているメッセージアプリです。/log Botは、あなたがBotに送ったメッセージとTelegramのユーザーID・ユーザー名だけを受け取ります。電話番号は、あなたが自分で共有しない限りBotには表示されません。

Telegram is a widely used messaging app. The /log bot receives only the messages you send to the bot, plus your Telegram user ID and username. Your phone number is not shown to the bot unless you explicitly share it yourself.

/logでは、日記とチャット内容はデータベース上で暗号化して保存します。Telegramは任意ですが、パスワードを忘れた時の回復用としてリンクしておくと安心です。

In /log, journal and chat content is stored encrypted in the database. Telegram is optional, but linking it is useful as an account recovery channel.

Telegramをリンクしていない状態でログアウトし、パスワードも忘れた場合は、自動リセットはまだできません。本人確認のため [email protected] に連絡してください。 If you logged out without linking Telegram and forgot your password, automatic reset is not available yet. Contact [email protected] for identity review.
